Engel in Winter …

Thanks to the central location of our village and the nearby ski resorts (from 15 to 60 minutes away), we offer many possibilities to winter guests. To ensure you have an optimal winter holiday, we provide the following services:

  • Transfer to the slopes with our buses (2 large and 1 small)
  • Flexible transfers to the nearby Resia Pass ski resorts: approx. 15 min away
  • A new ski area every day: from 30 to approx. 60 minutes
    (Solda, Val Senales, Merano 2000, Scuol, Samnaun/Ischgl, Serfaus/Fiss/Ladis)
  • Daily free ski course for beginners and advanced
  • Weekly snowshoe hikes and night sledding

Val Venosta, with its beautiful side valleys, offers our guests a variety of leisure options!
Hiking, climbing, cycling or motorcycling, horseback riding, rafting, fishing, or simply letting the mind wander – there’s something for everyone.
Even in summer, we offer our guests great services to ensure a wonderful holiday.

  • Guided hikes: Our guide will accompany you several times on walks through the beautiful surrounding mountains.
  • Tours with a map: With our bus, we take our guests several times a week to starting points from where they can return on foot to the hotel.
  • Upper Val Venosta is well known beyond the borders as a paradise in the Alps for cyclists and motorcyclists.
    We offer our guests a rental and storage area for their own bikes. We also organize guided tours.
